Ratification and Foundation

As of February 27th, 2025, the Greater Carolinian Union's constitution was ratified by all three members of the Triumvirate and all present members of the Union Council. Upon inspection by all present members of the Ethics Committee, the Constitution has entered partial effect, with some clauses withheld until such time as legal recognition and independence is gained, however unlikely that may be.
